Can you assist us in the selection of a camera and/or image software?

Yes, of course. Len’s background and familiarity with the latest systems will enable him to recommend a system that is right for your practice. He will bring entry level as well as professional level cameras and equipment for you to use and evaluate in your office. Together, you will be able to make a choice that is the best for you.

Can we see patients during the day once the individual training sessions begin?

The first two hours of your training day will be for the entire team (so no patients). This time period will allow for an introduction to the camera menus, settings and photography techniques. The team will then be divided into groups of three (including the doctor) for a scheduled three hour hands-on training session. Each individual is with Len for a total of five hours (two hours of initial training and three hours of hands-on training) and is free to perform their office routine as scheduling dictates.

What if I have a change in staff? What training is available for a new team member who missed the original session?

Len is always available for a refresher or upgrade session if you feel the need. However, each team member will be provided with a sample picture library, editing checklist, and copies of the camera menus for reviewing in the future or for the training of a new team member. I think that you will find that seasoned team members make great coaches for the new employee.

Can we receive Dental Continuing Education Credit for this session?

Len is a provider of California Continuing Education for Dental Professionals through the California State Board of Dental Examiners. The Digital Dental Photography In-Office Coaching Seminar provides 4 units of Continuing Education for the State of California.

What if we have questions after the day of training?

Len is always available questions by email at info@lenbuckophoto.com. His website will also have updated information on recent staff visits, new techniques, and the latest equipment and software. Once you have joined Len’s team his coaching and expertise will always be available.
